Trampoline Canada Blog
Hi Everyone!
I have added a new blog to the links part of our blog. This blog is written by Bryan Milonja who is a former member of the Canadian Trampoline Team. Bryan has twice been the Olympic alternate for trampoline and has twice helped the Canadian Men's DMT team to World Championship Gold!
The blog focuses on keeping the country up to date on what happening in our world of trampoline. He highlights all the competitions from all provinces and occasional posts pieces on individual athletes. It's a great read for all our young athletes!
Enjoy!

Men's Artistic Meet
Hi Everyone,
As you all know we are hosting a men's artistic competition next weekend at our club. It is part of the parent handbook that all competitive families participate in the hosting of meets. Volunteer sign up sheets are located upstairs in the viewing gallery. Please take the time to sign up for a shift and help us put on a great meet for the hard working MAG athletes in the province.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Denis

B.G.'s Potluck Dinner and Sleep over!
Hello everyone.
The Spirit Team has organized a family night for all Coaches, Staff, Pre-Competitive and Competitive families on Saturday February 28th 2009. 6pm – 9am Sunday. Yes that’s only 2 weeks away.
This evening will be filled with yet another opportunity to meet and talk with fellow athletes and parents in a related, fun atmosphere. Not only will there be great food but we will have games as well for athletes and parents alike.
In order to make this a successful evening we are asking that each family bring a dinner menu item of their choice. As well, 5 dollars to cover any extra costs for prizes, rentals and other items needed for the evening.
As you are aware the current economic conditions are adding yet further burden to families that are not as fortunate as ours. Prior to these times, there were and still are many children, elderly and others that rely on the generous donation that we can and have provided in the past. As a result we are asking that each family bring along with them a minimum of 2 non-perishable food items which the club will donate to the Burlington Partnership West Food Bank. This food bank will see to it that our donations are put into the right hands at the right time. Thank you for your participation.
As well athletes are welcomed to stay the evening for a great night of fun and games in the gym along with a movie or two. They are welcomed to stay for the sleepover. We will be having classes at 9am so we will have to cleanup and be gone by this time.
Please see the sign up board in the gym for your contribution to the potluck dinner and sleepover. There will be boxes available in the entrance corridor where you can deposit your donated food items.
Lets’ celebrate the successes of our Athletes during this fun filled family event.
We hope to see you all there.
BG’s Spirit Team
Ps. please sign up by Wednesday Feb 25th if you are planning on attending.
