Holly and I are away with 10 of the National tumblers this week at the Pan American Championships in Daytona Beach Florida. We have got some great sub-coaches who will following very detailed lesson plans created by Holly and myself in order to keep the athletes building for the end of season meets. Tuesday, March 23 - Holly's Group 4:30-6:30pm, National 6:30-8:30pm - with Emily
Wednesday, March 24 - Denis Group 4:30-6:30pm, National 6:30-8:30pm - with Wendy
Thursday, March 25 - Holly's Group 4:30-6:30pm, National 6:30-8:30pm - with Wendy
Friday, March 25 - Holly and Denis Group 4:30-6:30pm, National 6:30-8:30pm - with Emily
Sunday, March 27 - Provincial Group 11:00 - 1:00pm, National 1:00-3:00pm - with Emily
